Getting Started

1. Download the App
   Download Universal AI Assistant
2. Run the .exe File
   Double-click to start the assistant. It will appear in your system tray.
3. Enter Your OpenAI API Key
   Visit OpenAI’s API Key Page, create a key, and paste it when prompted.
4. Configure Your Preferences
   • Right-click the tray icon → Settings
   • Choose apps to allow or block
   • Click OK to save
5. Start Using It
   • Copy text from allowed apps → see a pop-up with suggestions
   • Or press Ctrl + Win + A to activate AI actions on the fly

Troubleshooting

• Errors are logged at:
  %AppData%\UniversalAssistant\error.log
• If something fails (e.g. OpenAI is unreachable), you’ll see a brief tray notification.
