• These rights of license are conditional with respect to the usage and are subject to be used in good faith.
• These rights of license are conditional with respect to the products and hypnotherapy services and are applicable to the products that carry brand iHypnosis and services offered under this brand.
• These rights of license are conditional with respect to the reputation of the brand and it should not be used in conflict with the licensor requirements.
• These rights are conditional with respect to the Trademark ownership and is an exclusive right of the licensor and the brand iHypnosis.
• The Trademark owner and licensor is Jakub Tencl.
• The Trademark cannot be used without a signed license agreement.
