    Before confirming an appointment

    Existing screening, cancellation, payment and attendance-confirmation policies remain in effect. Review the terms for your actual offering and venue before booking.

    UK sessions

    UK terms: confirm attendance by 5 pm the day before; Friday for weekend and Monday appointments. Cancellation notice differs by venue: Borough House requires 7 days; Westend and City Road use 5 pm on the previous day. Late changes can incur the full appointment fee; the existing exceptions and voucher rules still apply.
