Cancellation policy

Each venue operates under a different cancellation policy based on the clinic’s conditions:

West End Medical Practice: Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.
City Road Therapy: Cancel by Friday of the week before the weekend.
Borough House: At least 28 days’ notice is required.

Before you book

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by 5 p.m. on the day before the session.

The questionnaire includes demographic questions. This information may be aggregated and anonymized to improve services and produce statistical summaries. Personally identifiable data will not be shared.
