Having suffered with anxiety in the past, working in high pressure sales roles, whilst managing the demands of two young children. I understand how stress can impact every aspect of our lives, leading to weight gain, panic attacks, insomnia and negative self-talk. As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients focus on what they want to achieve rather than on their problems. Sometimes clients feel a certain way, but they don’t know the reason why, or they don’t want to talk about why they feel the way they do. I work with clients with anxiety, depression, weight management, sleep problems, confidence issues, imposter syndrome and many other areas. I help my clients to identify and work with their inner skills and resources, to help them to realise their potential and ability to make positive changes.
