- Send a deletion request to info@ihypnosis.org.uk.
- Include the email address connected with your iHypnosis Clinic account.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive medical information by email.
What happens next
Data deletion details
Account closed
Your patient or specialist account profile is removed from active use.
Personal data deleted
Profile details, login details, saved preferences, and app account data are deleted where no legal or operational retention requirement applies.
Limited records retained
Appointment, payment, invoice, dispute, safety, or legal records may be kept only for as long as required by law or legitimate business obligations.
