How much does it cost?
Every user can use the system for free, only payment can be required for booking if it is chosen online. A specialist is currently required to pay a discounted £49 setup fee when signing up; the previous setup fee was £99. When a user pays online there is a charge of 2.9% plus £1 per transaction if Stripe is used and 1.9% plus £1 per transaction if Braintree is used.

Can I host teletherapy sessions?
Yes, you can. The mobile app has a feature to choose an online session and a button to connect to Skype.

What languages are available in the mobile app?
These languages are available: Arabic, Czech, Dutch, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, German, Ukrainian.

Do specialists pay for good reviews?
Absolutely not! Any suspicious reviews are deleted.

Why didn't my review get posted?
In case that review contains not permitted content such as inappropriate language or contact details then the review is not published.

When I book an appointment, can I change the date or time?
No, this is not possible. You can call the specialist and request a change. The specialist will cancel booked appointment and the new one is possible to make once again.

How is possible to remove my account?
The mobile app should have the option to remove the account in case this is desired. However, you can also send an email to info@ihypnosis.org.uk with your request and the removal will be done within 48 hours.

When I choose the type of session online, how can I pay in cash?
This is not possible unless you will not have special arrangements with the specialist. Your specialist can ask you to use the option Pay by card or Cash on the desk in case the specialist can offer any other online option for payment.
