  • Profile Management (Age, Weight, Height, Gender)
  • Estimated Blood Pressure Monitoring (SBP & DBP)

How to Use

Profile Management

Visit the "Edit Profile Information" page from your dashboard to manage your age, weight, height, and gender. Keeping your profile updated helps provide more accurate CRS insights.

Manual CRS Data Entry

Enter your daily sleep duration, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), activity level (steps), and estimated light exposure manually to calculate your CRS and Biological Time.

Fitbit Integration

Connect your Fitbit account for automated synchronization of sleep, activity, and HRV data. You can disconnect anytime.

Estimated Blood Pressure Monitoring

The system estimates your Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) based on other health metrics. These estimates can provide general insights into your cardiovascular health, but please note they are approximations. For precise and reliable blood pressure measurements, using a traditional blood pressure cuff device is highly recommended.

  • Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP): Represents the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats. Normal SBP typically ranges from 90-120 mmHg.
  • Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP): Represents the pressure in your arteries between heartbeats. Normal DBP typically ranges from 60-80 mmHg.

Dark Mode

Toggle between light and dark themes for better viewing based on personal preference or ambient conditions.

CRS Visualization

Monitor your Biological Time trends using clear and interactive graphical charts. This helps you easily track progress over time.

CSV Export

Download your data in CSV format for personal analysis or record-keeping.

What is CRS (Circadian Rhythm Score)?

Your Circadian Rhythm Score (CRS) measures how closely your daily routines align with your body's internal biological clock.

  • Sleep Duration: Total hours slept each night.
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Indicates stress and recovery levels.
  • Activity Level: Daily steps or general physical activity.
  • Light Exposure: Time spent in natural daylight, important for circadian alignment.

A higher CRS suggests better synchronization with your biological clock, potentially improving your sleep quality, mood, and overall health.
