Jakub Tencl, Ph.D. (Dip. Psychology) is a clinical hypnotherapist based in London, Brighton and Prague, known for an integrative mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy approach.<\/p>Make an appointment<\/a><\/section>

When Jakub sets out to make something happen, he does so wholeheartedly. His motivation is abundant, and he tries to pass this focused, efficient mindset to the people around him.<\/p>

His areas of expertise include self-confidence, self-forgiveness, self-mastery, dreams, fears, stress, guilt and self-acceptance\u2014a value that he believes all people can benefit from.<\/p>

Jakub is in demand as a coach and is recognised for his ability to show people how they can uncover the best possible version of themselves and achieve their goals.<\/p>

Jakub earned his Diploma in Hypnotherapy at HMI\u2019s College and Clinic of Hypnotherapy, graduating in 2014. He then studied for his Level 5 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Award at Stonebridge Associated Colleges and his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Charter University. He is also a certified specialist in Trauma Recovery Hypnosis, Hypnosis for Immune Disorders, Smoking Cessation, Pain Management and Healing the Inner Child.<\/p>

As an author, Jakub has written multiple books, including Perception from a Multicultural Perspective<\/a> and The Mystery of Life<\/a>. He has recorded hypnosis-related audio in two languages and founded The British Association of Therapists and Hypnotherapists and The Hypnosis Motivation College, reflecting his wider commitment to therapeutic education and professional development.<\/p><\/div><\/section>
